Return Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and natural products, returns are not accepted unless an item is received in defective condition. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. We cannot resell returned items, and unfortunately, they contribute to unnecessary waste in landfills—something we strive to avoid.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
To process a replacement for any damaged or lost orders, please follow the protocol below:
Take 7 clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Do not discard the products until a claim is filed and resolved by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
File a claim directly on the carrier’s website.
Send the claim number along with your photos to:

Once documentation is reviewed, we will process a replacement. Please allow 1–2 weeks for this process to be completed.
Stolen Packages
If the tracking confirms delivery to the address you provided, Aware by Prana and the carrier are not liable for theft. In the case of suspected theft, we recommend filing a report with your local police department.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided:
You will be charged a $24.99 reprocessing fee plus shipping fees for any reshipments.
If the order is canceled or refunded due to an address error, those fees will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason:
Order cancellations are not accepted once processing begins.
If a cancellation is approved, a 35% restocking fee will apply, along with all shipping costs.
Product Variations
Because we use high-quality natural ingredients, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. These changes do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product. Therefore, refunds or exchanges will not be issued based on natural variation.
Refunds & Exchanges
If approved for a return or refund:
You will be notified upon receipt and inspection of your return.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow standard processing time for refunds to reflect on your account.

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
