How should I prepare for my consultation?
Please complete the intake form and waivers thoroughly—this will be sent to you via email once your consultation is booked. We cannot move forward with your consultation unless these forms are submitted in advance.
On the day of your visit, arrive with your hair freshly washed, completely dry, and free of styling products, oils, or scalp cover powders. This ensures we can capture the most accurate scalp imaging and analysis.
How long will my consultation take?
The initial consultation lasts around 60 minutes, providing ample time for advanced diagnostics and discussion. Follow-up consultations are typically 60 minutes.
When will I receive my results?
Most bloodwork results are available within 7–14business days. Once your results are in, you will forward them to our clinic. Within a few days of receiving them, we will complete your review and prepare a detailed report. We will then schedule your follow-up visit, where we connect your biomarkers to your scalp and hair concerns. Typically, the entire process, from initial consultation to follow-up takes about two-three weeks.
Do I need to commit to a plan immediately?
Not at all. Your follow-up is designed to give you clarity and confidence in your options. This treatment plan will be sent to your email so you can always refer back to your options. If you begin your treatment plan within 7 days, your follow-up fee is applied toward your program total.
