Rebecca is Casa PRANA’s lead stylist focusing in scalp detoxification, specifically targeting issues like psoriasis, alopecia, and dandruff.

She takes a holistic and natural approach to hair care, firmly believing that hair & scalp health starts in the gut. She focuses on nourishing and treating the scalp from the inside out to address any imbalances and provide long-lasting comfort and results.

With over five years of dedicated salon customer service experience and more than a decade in management and client-care roles, Molly brings warmth, professionalism, and a naturally calming presence to our front desk.

She thrives in creating a seamless guest experience—from the first hello to the final checkout—ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and cared for. Her background in both leadership and hospitality allows her to anticipate needs, solve problems with grace, and keep our daily flow running effortlessly.

Rachel has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2023, bringing a deep passion for lived-in colors and brunettes to her work. As a perfectionist, she is committed to staying active in ongoing education, particularly in hair and scalp care, to provide her clients with the best possible care and solutions. Rachel values the importance of making her clients feel welcome and confident, and truly enjoys to be part of a salon that focuses on clean products designed to help clients look and feel their best.

Bailey strives to deliver the desired hair outcomes that clients truly adore. As a highly skilled and experienced hairstylist, she specializes in creating natural and low maintenance color solutions. With a keen eye for detail, Bailey has mastered the art of creating rich and dimensional brunettes, lived-in blondes, and custom grey coverage. Committed to ensuring every individual feels comfortable and confident with their hair, Bailey takes pride in being a part of their clients' transformative journey. By utilizing holistic and clean products, she not only enhances the clients' well-being but also contributes to a healthier environment.

Lalaneya is a seasoned cosmetologist who relocated to Wilmington in December 2024, following an inner calling for renewal and connection to the ocean. With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, she began her career in 1999 and has cultivated a deep passion for creating meaningful transformations through the art of hair.

In 2011, she opened her own private salon, where she provided personalized, family-focused hair care infused with energy healing and heart-centered intention. Her approach combines technical mastery with an intuitive understanding of her clients’ needs, fostering balance, confidence, and authentic self-expression.

Beyond her craft, Lalaneya is a devoted mother of two daughters and a proud grandmother, crediting her family as her greatest inspiration and source of continuous growth.
